Business transformation is a global phenomenon, and this is confirmed by the findings in the Worldwide Interim Management and Leadership Group (WIL Group) 2017 survey. The research highlights that interim and transformation executives have worked on assignments covering 82 per cent of the globe.

The survey also highlights the fact that Germany ranks as the number one location for assignments outside of the interim executive’s home country at 30 per cent, closely followed by the UK at 27.5 per cent.

Today’s CEO is seriously experienced when it comes to transforming enterprises. Statistics from the Worldwide Interim Management and Leadership Group (WIL Group) indicate that nearly three quarters (70 per cent) of business leaders surveyed claim to have gone through a business transformation in the past 12-18 months, and 39 per cent are planning one in the next 12-18 months.
