About Us

ARGUS Performance Partners is a privately held company, providing Consultancy Services aimed to improve companies’ performance in areas like Business Processes, Costs, Growth Strategies and Company Culture. All services are performed by 12 senior seasoned managers.

ARGUS objective is to bridge the gap between mainstream consulting services and standard interim management supporting Business Transformation and Performance Improvement activities by assigning an Interim Manager (IM) to the transformation projects.

ARGUS and its partners have individual experience of more than 20 years in similar activities or Board of Directors positions. By adding IM activities runned by performed by experienced partners to its consultancy services, and applying its frameworks and methodologies, ARGUS is in a position to speed up our customer’s transformation processes and assure its complete timely implementation.

Carlos Moraes Rocha

Carlos Moraes Rocha

Date founded:

Carlos Moraes Rocha has a degree in Electrical Engineering by the Instituto Superior Técnico of Lisbon, a MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an A.M.P from Insead.

ARGUS founder, developed his professional activity for seventeen years at MillenniumBCP bank on areas like planning and control, business development, corporate credit recovery, internal reorganization of the Bank. Carlos was also responsible for the renegotiation of important IT contracts, design and launch of an internet bank in both Portugal and Spain and the bank representative at the board level, on companies at sectors like real estate, retail, winery and electronics.

Prior to MillenniumBCP was partner of development capital funds at both Citibank and the Espirito Santo Group.

Carlos developed his management consulting skills at Mckinsey&Co in sectors like energy, banking and consumer goods both in Portugal and in Spain.

As an electrical engineer in an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) he worked extensively in several countries in Africa.
