Jason Atkinson (Managing Director)
Jason Atkinson is the Managing Director of Russam, a leading UK interim management and executive search firm and a Certified B Corporation since March 2023. He is dedicated to helping organisations and individuals thrive, driving Russam’s mission to be the UK’s leading “profit with purpose” recruitment business.
Since joining Russam in 2005, Jason has developed expertise across Financial Services, Media & Telecoms, Retail & FMCG, Private Equity, Marketing & Communications, and Board and Leadership roles, placing executives who deliver immediate impact and long-term results.
He sits on the Management Board of the Worldwide Interim Leadership (WIL) Group, has served as Chairman of the Interim Management Association, and is a Non-Executive Director (NED) for Trustees Unlimited and Step on Board, supporting trustee recruitment and governance in charities and not-for-profits.
Jason began his career as a fashion buyer for Neiman Marcus, then completed an MBA at the University of Oxford before holding senior roles in the Financial Services sector. He is also actively involved in charitable work, serving as Trustee of the MS Society and Chair of the People Committee.
