The Belgian manufacturing plant of a Japanese pharmaceutical company was facing supply chain organisational problems after the global implementation of SAP/APO
The company needed to attract SAP/APO expertise in order to improve the organisation of the production planning

A supply chain specialist with extensive SAP/APO/PPDS experience in healthcare was put in place by a WIL Group member
