Watermark Search International

At Watermark Search International (Watermark), we are proud to have pioneered and professionalised the interim talent market in Australia. Established in 2009, Watermark has the largest Interim practice in Australia, with six dedicated partners and a robust support team based out of Sydney and Melbourne, covering assignments across the country.

Our commitment to being the preferred partner for organisations seeking executive interim talent is grounded in providing Australia’s most experienced partner team, thought leadership and data. We have been working extensively with clients to fulfil interim mandates across a multitude of sectors including healthcare, human services, education, infrastructure, financial services, professional services, industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, consumer, energy, engineering, and government agencies.

As thought leaders, we undertake various pieces of research and market analysis to form our Agile Leadership Lessons Podcast and deliver informative white papers and webinars to our interim community on a regular basis. Watermark is also renowned for delivering the Annual Interim Executive Survey and Board Diversity Index in partnership with Deloitte. Our annual interim survey provides unique insights into the interim executive landscape and is the only longitudinal data of its kind in Australia.
