The central structure is led by Moises Assayag, an experienced manager and business structurer, having accumulated diverse experiences in those contexts. Throughout its existence so far, the company has relied on several trusted partners and teams to lead and manage those projects.
Moises Assayag (Managing Partner)
Moises Assayag, originally a Corporate Finance professional, in the last 20 years of his executive career, was assigned to Senior Management positions with full P&L responsibility in Brazil and South America. He led mergers of several companies with different cultures, new business development initiatives, strategic alliances, investment projects, repositioning efforts, and new strategies for different companies across various markets. He also has extensive operational and financial turnaround experience.
He graduated in Economics from Universidade Federal da Bahia and holds a post-graduate degree in Corporate Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. He also earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree from London School of Economics and Political Science. In addition, he has completed several development courses from Harvard Business School, The New York Institute of Finance, FGV-SP, Amana Key, and Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC), among others.
He has a deep understanding and knowledge of the Brazilian market, history, geography, and culture, both independently and in perspective with other cultures around the world. He also has international experience, having lived, studied, and worked abroad in the US, and in European and Brazilian multinationals. He is a native Portuguese speaker and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
