Mike Magee, X-PM SEA Managing Director, has been a consultant in organizational change for over 3 decades and working in Asia Pacific over the past 22 years. He has extensive international experience with large multi national companies and has delivered solutions in many different Asia Pacific countries.

He has been working on Board level assignments for many years and has carried out a significant amount of transformation work with executive management teams. He has worked with a large number of Asian based companies assisting with change and transformation programs. He specialises in aligning strategy, leadership and people.

Previously, Mike was an Executive Director with Cap Gemini focusing on strategic outsourcing and change management.

Mike holds a degree in Economics from Leeds University.
