In addition, Bjorn has operated as an interim consultant for 6 years in various assignments with Private Offices, SaaS-companies and privately held businesses, focusing on strategy development, divestitures, and Go-To-Market planning & execution. Bjorn specializes in supporting private equity companies with accelerated value creation and supports a wide range of companies in delivering effective transformation programs.
