What’s your current role? 

Currently on assignment as Interim COO Greenstation, with leave from my position as Partner at Interim Norway.

What does the #BreakTheBias, mean to you? 

A world where difference is valued, and diversity is respected and embraced.

Have you seen an evolution of gender equality in the field you work in? 

I am hopeful that working towards zero emissions and the transition to green energy that gender equality will keep evolving as is the focus on SDGs. I live in Norway, a country considered as one of the most gender-equal countries in the world. However there is still bias and systemic differences that affect gender equality in society and workplaces.

How do you promote more interim female leaders into the industry?

Through actively networking and having a digital presence, I am promoting the «way of working» as an interim female leader to other highly experienced and qualified women.
