Management Angels, the #wilgroup partner in Germany successfully implemented the idea of a networking walk (walk and talk) for the first time a couple of months ago. Their first ever initiative of such a kind – NET@WALK was a test event with a relatively small group that was conducted along the lines of what Michaël Berglund AB, the #wilgroup partner in Sweden has mastered since the last 3 years. According to Christiane Fuhrman, Head of Marketing at Management Angels, “This initiative worked really well and we plan on holding it regularly from March, during spring and summer.” The idea behind such a walk is simple - walks encourage people to mingle with each other, facilitate networking and build a larger network.
