As we reflected on our journey, we remembered our beginnings in 2014 when we were a small network of Interim Management firms. Today, we've evolved into a dynamic international group with 37 offices and a remarkable team of over 30,000 Interim Managers on our talent roster.
 
Our journey was built on a vision of becoming the #1 choice for global interim and transition management. We're proud to have achieved this by leveraging the unique assets of each member firm – from local cultural insights to diverse talent pools and expert partners. Together, we drive outstanding solutions for clients who are venturing into the international arena.
 
We've fostered trust among us, enabling cross-border collaboration on over 45 key projects each year. This trust and collaboration are the cornerstones of our success.
