X-PM appoints Bernard Etchenagucia as the new President to drive expansion and consolidate growth.
The appointment of Bernard Etchenagucia as President of the X-PM Group marks a new chapter in the company's development plans. This new management structure aims to leverage growth opportunities in France and abroad.
X-PM, the global leader in transition management, announces the appointment of Bernard Etchenagucia as Chair as of January 1, 2024. This nomination marks a major strategic shift for X-PM, with the company's recent affiliation to the Alixio Group, and a new growth era.
François Beaugrand, who led X-PM as Chair for 3 years, leaves his position to Bernard Etchenagucia. This transition is consistent with the group's strategic vision while paving the way for new development opportunities. As demand from companies engaged in transformation programs continues to grow (with over 600 projects in 2023), Bernard Etchenagucia's arrival underlines X-PM's commitment to supporting its customers with a clear focus on results.
A new strategic expansion and innovation stage for X-PM
With global revenue totalling 100 million euros, generated by its subsidiaries and the support of its worldwide WIL network, X-PM is positioned as a key player in the international transition management market. This financial performance paves the way for new ambitions for 2024 when X-PM expects to achieve substantial growth exceeding 30% over the previous year. This ambitious target is a faithful reflection of the positive momentum generated by the company's recent strategic initiatives, underlining the tremendous potential for development under Bernard Etchenagucia's skilful leadership.
"I would like to thank the Strategic Committee for their confidence. As an active contributor to X-PM's development for over 4 years, I am both honoured and proud to succeed François Beaugrand," says Bernard Etchenagucia, President of X-PM. "I approach this Chairship with confidence and humility, convinced that we have all the collective and individual resources we need to reinvent and transform our industry to meet the challenges of tomorrow's world. With our sound foundations, our renowned expertise and our affiliation with the Alixio Group and the WIL Group network - the world leader in transition management, operating in over 60 countries with 19 members - we are ideally positioned to provide a comprehensive service that is both local and global."
The X-PM Group once again extends its warmest thanks to François Beaugrand for his remarkable 8-year commitment to the Group, its customers and all its employees. The next few weeks will be devoted to implementing the changeover within the X-PM Group.
"I'm proud to announce this appointment, which is in line with the transformation undertaken over the last 3 years," explains François Beaugrand, former Chair of X-PM. " Bernard Etchenagucia's nomination as President of X-PM is a significant confirmation of our determination to further expand our growth. With this new leadership, X-PM embarks on a dynamic era devoted to supporting companies seeking to complete their transformation initiatives, both in France and around the world.
"As Chair of the Alixio Group, I warmly congratulate Bernard Etchenagucia on his appointment as Chair of X-PM, taking over from François Beaugrand," says Raymond Soubie, Chair of the Alixio Group. "I am convinced that Bernard is the ideal leader to steer X-PM through its next transformation and growth phase. "We have full confidence in his ability to drive our growth and make X-PM a key link in the development and transformation of the Alixio Group. Our commitment to reshaping the human resources industry is unwavering, and we look forward to the successes we will achieve together.”
