Experienced Board Member and Senior Executive, Carlos is CEO of MRI Network Global Search and of MRI Network Latin America. MRI Network is one of the largest global recruiting organizations, named by Forbes as Top 10 U.S. Executive Search Firm in 2018.
As a 20+ professional global executive, Carlos brings a wealth of first-hand experience in the executive and professional staffing business. This broad experience has provided Carlos with a unique ability to identify, recruit, coach, develop the best qualified talent and integrate winning teams.
Based in Mexico City, Carlos leads the MRI Network Global Search office specialized in serving top global corporations. Our clients are the most successful and admired companies with strong presence in the Latin American and Hispanic Markets.
As CEO of MRI Network Latin America, Carlos has been responsible for the development of MRI Network presence in this region, leading the opening of offices in 9 Countries: Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, and Dominican Republic.
Carlos has held a range of leadership roles prior to initiating his career in executive search, with extensive international experience in Switzerland, Germany, UK, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil working in Global Corporations, as well as serving as member of the Board of Directors in several subsidiaries of International Companies.
He has an MBA form IMD Business School, Lausanne Switzerland.
